Dosage of Foamaster MO NDW:
Recommended dosage for Foamaster MO NDW is 0.2 - 0.5%, calculated on total formulation of emulsion paints, and 1 - 2% in adhesives, calculated on solids. 
In paint manufacturing, Foamaster MO NDW is better to add the defoamer to the pigment mixture before grinding. 
If it is necessary to add Foamaster MO NDW NC in the let-down step, it is better to dilute it previously in water and to apply vigorous agitation.

Storage of Foamaster MO NDW:
Foamaster MO NDW is subject to appropriate storage under the usual storage and temperature conditions, our products are durable for at least 1 year. 
Stir well Foamaster MO NDW before using, because it can show a slight sedimentation with time. 
This does not change the characteristics of Foamaster MO NDW. 
The properties of Foamaster MO NDW are not affected by freezing. 
If Foamaster MO NDW is subjected to temperatures below freezing point, allow to warm to room temperature and mix thoroughly prior to use.

Application:
Foamaster MO NXZ is a defoamer for emulsion paints based on styrene-butadiene, acrylic, polyvinyl chloride and its copolymers, ethylene-vinyl acetate, vinylidene chloride and water-soluble alkyds. 
A dosage of 0.2 – 0.5% calculated on total formulation is recommended for effective defoaming. 
In adhesives a dosage of 0.5 - 1.0% is recommended.
Foamaster MO NXZ can be incorporated as supplied or after emulsifying in water. 
Best results are obtained if half of the defoamer is added prior to grinding and the remainder at the let-down stage

Foamaster NDW by Ataman Kimya is an effective defoamer for paints based on synthetic latex. 
Suitable for styrene-butadiene, polyvinyl acetate, acrylic and water-soluble alkyds. 
It gives very good brushability. 
Offers no effect on the final paint film. 
Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5% for emulsion paints. 
Shelf life of Foamaster NDW is 1 year.
